Retail Refurbishment
W. G. Silverton & Co., Ltd have been active in shopfitting and refurbishment for over 40 years and have expanded in this area of expertise quite considerably during the latter years. We have gained great knowledge of the way stores run and their requirements of minimising disruption when refit works are being carried out. Planning and phasing requirements are discussed and agreed in depth before commencement.
The Company is regularly appointed as main contractor on both maintenance and refurbishment work, with costs ranging from as little as £50 to well in excess of £500,000. We have also been appointed as sub-contractor on refurbishment works that have been valued up to £5 million.
We have also gained enormous experience in successfully tendering for 1,2 and 3 year roll-out programmes on a schedule-of-rates basis; including reverse auctions and regional and national rates.
